Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This page covers fistfall.com, the FISTFALL launch page. The short version: you give us an email address, we use it to tell you when FISTFALL launches, and we delete it whenever you ask.

Who is responsible

FISTFALL, contact hello@fistfall.com. Write to that address about anything on this page.

What we store when you sign up

We don't store anything else, and we don't set cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email only to tell you when FISTFALL launches and, rarely, about a big update before launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give with the checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so doesn't affect emails already sent. The abuse-prevention fingerprint is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the list clean (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who sees it

Only the FISTFALL team. The list is kept on our own server and is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. If we later use an email delivery service to send the launch email, it will process addresses only on our behalf, and we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

Until FISTFALL launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. After that the list is deleted.

Getting deleted, and your other rights

Email hello@fistfall.com from the address you signed up with and say "delete me". We remove it within 30 days, usually much sooner. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.

You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. If you think we've got something wrong, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Things this site doesn't do

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If the change matters, we'll email the list before it takes effect.
